IQ derives from " Intelligance Quotients" . Now it's a good factor for experts in order to divide children according to their mental and physical abilities. But the most terrible problem is that we just pay attention to divide our childs in different categories only for their education.We never pay attention to our teachers and people who should deal with them!!
I think it's the most important problem in our educational system . Our teachers also need to train how should they accomplish their tasks.

Some people believe that it's not needed for children to divide in different groupes .They said that it will have a bad effect on childs sprints and will couse them to be disappointed.
Now consider a groupe of childs in the same age but in different level's of IQ . If you want all of them to do a puzzle in a restricted time like half an hour , the childs who are more wise will do it as soon as possible. But what a bout the others?!!
Finally in order to accomplish it on time , they force to follow the clever one's.Then what's the useage of it?
Surely this time it will have more ctritical bad effect on child's sprints that the time they are divided in different groups but the same level's of IQ !!
